Skills/Specialties: Neko so has cat like abilities.

Weapons: None.

History/Background Story: Born as half Cat half human so he was a remarkable ceature.Everyone that he was a demon and despised him for it.He saved the Tsuchikage at the age of 6 from 5 elite Jounin he was experimented on after that event and nothing was found.Ritsuka is a mystery and no one knows if he is good or bad.

Ritsuka is a lone traveller,When he travelled to Iwagakure to Become the Tsuchikage he realized he cant just kill to rank up he has to do missions,Now he works hard to become the Tsuchikage instead of regretlessly kill anyone he sees walking down the road.

Jutsus: Dark Jutsus.

There is already an AMBU captain. Plus you need more bio if you want the higher ranks.
